The Expert Advisor that connects each MT5 account to Apex. The file is always called Apex_Connector.ex5, so a new version simply replaces the one already on your charts and your settings stay.
- Download Apex_Connector.ex5.
- In MT5: File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts, and paste it there (replace the old file).
- In the Navigator, right-click Expert Advisors → Refresh, then attach Apex_Connector to one chart with Algo Trading on — or let the Apex Fleet Agent install it for you.
Lets Apex install a new Connector EA and restart MT5 on this machine for you, without you connecting to it. It only ever does those fixed actions.
- Download and double-click the installer.
- Enter your licence key (APX-XXXX-XXXX) and a name you will recognise, e.g. “London VPS”.
- Click Finish — it starts with Windows from then on.
Your accounts on your phone: live positions, P/L, the Trader page and your trade history.
- Android: download on the phone, open the file and allow the install when Android asks.
- iPhone: open app.apextrades.solutions/m.html in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Sign in with the same licence key as this portal.
Reads the Telegram groups you use as a BYOS signal source and passes each new signal to Apex within seconds. Install it on the PC or VPS that is always on. Everything it needs is inside.
- Download and double-click the installer.
- The setup window opens: enter your licence key and account number, then paste the Telegram group name.
- Press Send code, type the code Telegram sends you, then Finish.
Copies every new post from one Telegram group or channel to another chat — a group, a channel or a person — as it is, within seconds, using your own Telegram login. One machine can run several relays.
- Download and double-click the installer.
- Name the relay and enter your Telegram app details (api_id, api_hash from my.telegram.org) and phone, then the code Telegram sends you.
- Find the chat to copy from and the chat to copy to, then Install — a test message lands in the destination.
Runs your indicator alerts on your own PC or VPS around the clock and sends each one to Apex — nothing is evaluated in the cloud. Everything it needs is included.
- Download and double-click the installer.
- Enter your licence key (APX-XXXX-XXXX). Account number is optional — blank watches every MT5 account on that machine.
- Click Finish. Set up the alerts themselves in the portal's Alerts tab.
Reads the WhatsApp group chosen on a feed's Source card (Admin → WhatsApp AI) and passes every message — text, pictures, voice notes — to Apex. It joins your WhatsApp as a linked device and only reads: it never sends, never marks read, never shows you online.
- Admin → WhatsApp AI → Source: name the feed, Save source, then Copy the agent token.
- Download and double-click the installer on the VPS; paste the token.
- Type your number and press Get code; on your phone: Linked devices → Link with phone number instead → type the code. Then pick the group on the Source card.
Posts into ONE WhatsApp test group whatever Admin → WhatsApp AI → Overview → Poster agent queues, so test signals go out without you. The group is fixed in its setup; it can post nowhere else, at most 20 posts an hour.
- Admin → WhatsApp AI → Overview → Poster agent: Make token, then Copy.
- Download and double-click the installer on the PC that will post; paste the token.
- Type your number and press Get code; on your phone: Linked devices → Link with phone number instead → type the code. Then type the group name and press Find it.
WhatsApp between you and Claude. A second WhatsApp number of yours posts into groups with your own number in them (one per subject, e.g. Claude Apex, Claude Career), so your phone notifies you - and what you, the admin, write or record as a voice note there reaches Claude. Run its setup again to add a group or another sending number.
- On the second number's WhatsApp (e.g. WhatsApp Business): create a group and add your own number.
- Download and double-click the installer; type the sending number and press Get code, then on that phone: Linked devices → Link with phone number instead → type the code.
- Type the group name and your own (admin) number, press Find it, then Next sends a test message. Voice notes are transcribed on that PC (needs Python + faster-whisper).
Open a Windows machine's desktop from Apex → Tools → Remote Desktop, in your browser, through Apex's encrypted Cloudflare connection. Normal Remote Desktop (port 3389) keeps working as before.
- Download and double-click the installer on the machine you want to reach.
- In Tools → Remote Desktop press Get setup code.
- In setup, type the code, a name you will recognise (e.g. “My VPS”) and its IP (filled in for you) — it finishes by itself.
Claude working quietly behind Apex on your own PC, with your own Claude login. It wakes when a job arrives (today: the commentary for Admin → R&D → Data Analyzer), writes it, and goes back to sleep. It has no tools: figures in, text out.
- In Admin → R&D → Data Analyzer press Get helper code.
- Download and double-click the installer on the PC that stays on.
- In setup: paste the helper code, press Get Claude token and paste the token it shows — it tests both and starts.
Connects KuCoin and Bitget to Nexus through this machine — those two exchanges refuse Cloudflare's own addresses, so their traffic leaves through your VPS. Run it on whichever VPS should carry it; nothing in Cloudflare, Nexus or your exchange keys changes.
- Download and double-click the installer. The setup window checks that KuCoin and Bitget accept this machine.
- Cloudflare dashboard → Networking → Tunnels → nexus-kucoin → Windows, 64-bit → copy the install command with the copy icon, and paste it into setup.
- Click Install and wait for “The tunnel is connected”.
